Special Hilton Room Rates Are Still Available!

The hotel is still accepting reservations at the NAA discounted group rate on a space-available basis. You can reserve your room at the Hilton by directly phoning the hotel at: (360) 993-4500. Be SURE to mention the "Natural Areas Conference (NAA)" to receive the special group rate and be added to our room block.

Note: Online reservations are also still open. However, our room block is filling fast, and so the special rates may be unavailable now for all of your desired dates. It is much easier to call the hotel. Be sure to ask if any specific dates are still available at the special group rate (you may do a combined special/regular hotel rate reservation).

For online reservations, insert the following Group Codes to receive the special group rate:Government rate: 'NAG'   or Regular (non-Gov) rate: 'NAA'

Our special conference rates apply for single-occupancy or double-occupancy rooms. All rooms incur a 10.2% tax and a $2 per room facility fee.

Conference rates will be honored  for the nights of September 13, 2009, through September 18 (check out on Saturday) while space remains  available. So book your room now! If you are planning to arrive early or stay longer, call the hotel and request the conference rate for additional days; they may honor it based on room availability.

You will see the following Natural Areas Association rates: $109/night for a single (one queen-size bed) or $119/night double (two queen-size beds), plus taxes.

A limited number of rooms with king-size beds are available for $95/night, plus taxes.
