We have a block of rooms reserved for our attendees for Sunday night through Friday night, October 24–29, at a special Natural Areas Conference discounted group rate of only $95. Reservations had to be made no later than October 4, 2010 to receive the discounted rate, but the hotel is still accepting reservations at the NAA discounted group rate on a space-available basis. Reservations for the event will be made by individual attendees directly with Tan-Tar-A. Please be sure to mention the group code NTAA when calling, or for online reservations it is both the Group ID and the Password. Space is limited, so reserve your room now!

Our special conference rate of $95.00/night (not including tax) applies to single-occupancy or double-occupancy rooms. Conference rates will be honored for the nights of October 24 through October 29, 2010 (with check-out on Saturday) while space remains available. If you are planning to arrive early or stay longer, call the hotel and request the conference rate for additional days; they may honor it based on room availability.

Hotel room and suite rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 5.475% state and a county lodging tax of 3%) in effect at the time of check-in. Guest room rates are applicable for up to four guests per room.

Specific room requests such as smoking preference and number of beds in the room can be requested at the time the reservation is made. Many special requests are limited and are based on availability.
