Should the headquarters hotel be fully booked, rooms are available at these additional downtown Tallahassee hotels with convenient access to the Conference Center.

We have a block of rooms reserved for our attendees for Sunday night through Friday night, Oct. 30 through Nov. 4, 2011, at a special Natural Areas Conference discounted group rate of only $99 per night at Residence Inn Tallahassee at the Capitol and $109 per night at Residence Inn North, located 5 miles from downtown. To receive this rate, please make your reservations on our hotel reservations site. Space is limited; reserve your room now.

Our special conference rate applies to single-occupancy or double-occupancy rooms. Conference rates will be honored for the nights of Oct. 30 through Nov. 4 (check-out on Saturday) while space remains available.

Hotel room and suite rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (12.5%) in effect at the time of check-in. Guest room rates are applicable for up to three guests per room.

Specific room requests, such as smoking preference and number of beds in the room, can be made when you reserve your room. Many special requests are limited and are based on availability.

Check-in time is 3 pm. and check-out time is noon. All guest rooms also include complimentary Internet access.
